Authorities have arrested a man after finding dozens of pit bulls chained to car axels that have been buried in the ground on a South Carolina property.
The York County Sheriff’s Office says the investigating deputies seized about 42 pit bulls who found evidence against the 49-year-old Anthonio Latoranodo Orr of McConnells of possible dog fighting.

Orr faces 75 warrants that involve animal fighting, drug and weapons charges.
He is currently being held in the York County Detention Center as of Monday morning with a bail of $150,225.
