Abby had been together with her cat Bailey since she was a newborn, which is why they really have a very strong bond. Bailey had been a member of the family for 14 years and Abby loved singing and reading to her, as if Bailey truly understands her.
Her mother recorded a video of Abby singing to her best friend before she crossed the rainbow bridge. According to them, Bailey had been suffering from kidney failure.
“In a world where you hear a lot of the negative, you’re seeing right here some of the positive. Thank you to all who sent cards, they loved opening them. You made this difficult time a little easier,” Abby’s mother said.
