As typhoon Ulysses caused floods in several parts of the country, an animal shelter forced its several dogs to seek refuge. Luckily, a man was there to save them from the rising tides.
Netizen Edmond de Sotto posted this picture of Rodel Francisco who was seen saving the dogs in the shelter he put up in Meycauayan, Bulacan. Fortunately, Francisco was able to save his dogs and place them in a small boat before the flood came in.
