Green Bar is a vegan restaurant located in Legazpi Village, Makati. Not only do they serve yummy plant-based dishes, but they also have a Cat as a manager!
When the restaurant opened in 2019, Zelda the Puspin was born in the bushes next door along with her sister Bunny. The restaurant owners immediately spayed and vaccinated them. Today, Zelda serves as the restaurant’s hostess.
Aside from Aspins, you can also bring your Puspins and meet the furry hostess of the restaurant.
COMMUNE
There’s no need to go to Japan to experience a Cat cafe because there is one here in Makati! Commune is a cafe-slash-bar in Poblacion that has been serving homegrown coffee for the past ten years. They pride themselves in creating a community for lovers of coffee and Cats.
You can also take barista classes there to brew a perfect cup of coffee.
WALLFLOWER CAFE
If you find yourself in Alabang with your Dogs, you can visit the Wallflower Cafe.
They are touted as the only pet-friendly establishment in Alabang Town Center. They prepare food for both humans and their animal companions! The cafe also makes Dog-friendly cakes and cupcakes for preorder.
STORYA KITCHEN + BAR
If you want to experience a different take on your favorite Filipino dishes, you can visit Storya Kitchen + Bar along Kalayaan Avenue, Quezon City. They are a pet-friendly restaurant that welcomes all kinds of Dog breeds, Aspins included.
If you decide to bring your fur-baby with you, they will get a free whipped cream cup as a treat.
UNDER THE BALETE
Quezon City’s most beloved restaurant became even lovelier by being a pet-friendly establishment! You can enjoy their food and booze with your animal companions. They also have a roof deck open at night on weekends.
Under the Balate opens at around lunchtime, so plan accordingly.
