Some stray dogs find solace in another stray dog’s company and just like humans, they also build friendship for a very long time – especially since they’re very loyal.
A video of a pack of dogs shielding their friend from cars on a busy street at central China is currently circulating the internet.
The lying dog was apparently hit by a car and died on the street. His other four friends surrounded him so that the other cars won’t hit him again.
The cars were forced to go around them instead as the other dogs tried to nudge the dead dog to revive him, but to no avail.
An eyewitness said the dogs don’t believe their friend had died and expected him to get back up again, according to The Mirror.
Animal Channel reported that some dogs can actually get depressed when another dog close to them dies.
