Many families go into zoos to meet new animals and learn a few things about them. Most recently, a family was on a trip at the St. Petersburg’s Zoo and found one odd attraction.
A calico kitten entered the zoo and into the enclosure of a lynx. It appeared like the two immediately hit it off and became friends. It appeared like the cat was a stray and had no home, while the lynx was lonely in its enclosure.
The zoo staff saw the two and realized that not only was the lynx very welcoming to the feline, but she was also very protective of it.
Because they saw the two have a very special bond, the zoo decided to keep the cat and adopt it into their growing animal kingdom family.
