Animal Kingdom Foundation and authorities of San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija, nabbed a convicted dog meat trader earlier this morning at Baguio City.
Perry Baybay was arrested for carrying a truckload of dogs’ body parts, which were chopped and were meant to be delivered in dog meat serving restaurants in Baguio-Benguet.
