As the whole world battles with the deadly coronavirus pandemic, it eases some of the people’s hearts to hear stories of hope in humanity.
In a video shared by Twitter user Badores, an adorable stray dog enters a pharmacy with a bleeding paw and the store owner immediately treat his wounds. The video has been viewed 1.2 million times and had over 1,000 likes. Its retweet is now close to 15,000.
The dog stood by the door of the Pharmacy for several minutes and looked over at one of the pharmacists on duty. Although dogs cannot express themselves clearly at times, the pharmacist named Banu Cengiz knew that the dog surely needed her help.
“She was looking at me,” Cengiz told The Dodo. “I said, ‘Baby, is there a problem?'”
Cengiz saw the dog was in severe pain and the pup showed his paw. Cengiz cleaned the wound thoroughly and applied medicine on it. To thank her, the dog laid on the floor while holding on the pharmacist.
