A netizen has recently praised the San Juan City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) for helping a man save his newborn puppies trapped in a canal.
Jayson Bueno posted on his Facebook account on January 9, thanking officers from San Juan CDRRMO and their barangay captain Boy dela Cruz of Barangay Rivera for helping a man, who was living on the streets, save the newborn puppies of his dog.
“Maraming salamat po San Juan CDRRMO napakabuti ng inyong puso, ” wrote Bueno in his post.
