The Manila City government is giving free vaccination and deworming services to animal companions of Manila residents this World Rabies Day, September 28.
Manila Mayor “Isko Moreno” Domagoso announced in a Facebook post that the vaccination and deworming drive will be held at the Rotonda along del Fierro St. in Tondo, and another one beside Librada Avelino Elementary School in Barangay 182, Zone 16 District 2 in Tondo, Manila.
Those who plan on participating for the free services must bring with them and present a valid ID with address to members of the Manila Veterinary Inspection Board.
Domagoso urged residents to observe health and safety protocols, such as wearing of face masks, face shields, and physical distancing during the activity.
