Malina Fagan is a passionate animal rescuer and fosterer who has dedicated herself to the stray and abandoned animals in Boracay. She co-founded Boracay Animal Adoption & Rescue Center (BAARC) and helps manage two shelters: one in Boracay and another along the Nabaoy River, which houses 37 Dogs and 7 Cats.
