Not all heroes wear capes; some have four legs. In Changzhou, China, a couple of community Dogs rescued another injured Dog who was hit by a passing car.
The video, which was originally shared in Weibo, showed how the canine who was crossing the road was hit by a car. Then, the two other Dogs came running, with one of them dragging the injured Dog to the side of the road. Not one vehicle stopped and helped.
A HAPPY ENDING
Thankfully, the Dog survived. The human guardian, known as “Mr. Xue”, brought his Dog to the vet when he saw that his Dog was limping.
He checked the CCTV camera to find out what happened, and was touched at the heroism that the two community Dogs showed.
Mr. Xue is planning to give the two heroes a forever-home.
