Illustrator Christine Dy has recently launched a couple of t-shirt designs suited for animal lovers, which you can buy for only P350.
But these t-shirts are not just for the sake of fashion, but also to raise funds for those affected by the typhoon Ulysses. Many animals, especially dogs, were left abandoned when the typhoon struck, leaving them on their own to fend for themselves. Some have died, but animal welfare organizations managed to rescue a number of them.
For P350, you can have a really cute shirt, and at the same time, provide two cans of dog food and also food for their hooman companion.
All donations will be given to the Philippine Animal Welfare Society and Animal Kingdom Foundation.
Dy said they are currently closing their first batch of orders and those who wish to order would have to wait. For the time being, you can directly donate to animal welfare organizations here.
